"Pebel Algeria initiative this year received your enthusiasm" New summer season 2024

In accordance with public authorities' recommendations regarding the need to take measures to develop a joint strategy for promoting Algeria's tourism image and implementing the measures adopted to ensure tourists' comfort, the Algerian Economic Renewal Council (CREA) has launched a special initiative for the 2024 summer season, in cooperation and coordination with the Ministry of Tourism and Traditional Industries, involving the key stakeholders in the tourism sector.

The signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement took place under the supervision of Mr. Mokhtar Diodosh, Minister of Tourism and Handicrafts, and Mr. Mohammed L'Acab, Minister of Communications, and brought together CREA and the leading players in the tourism sector: the National Tourism Office (ONT), the Hotel Complex, Tourism and Thermal Baths (HTT), the Algerian National Tourism Office (ONAT), the Hotel Investment Company (SIH), the National Federation of Hotels and Tourism (FNHT).

This initiative aims to achieve two main objectives: first, to discover Algeria's vast tourism potential in order to offer attractive and competitive packages; second, to preserve the purchasing power of families benefiting from competitive pricing in hotels, tourism complexes, recreational parks, and other cultural activities, enabling tourists—whether local residents, Algerian expatriates, or foreign visitors—to enjoy their holidays. The initiative will remain open to all tourism stakeholders wishing to join, and promotion of this process will be carried out through the official Algerian Tourism Portal managed by the National Tourism Office, Visit Algeria.
